Located in the beautifully restored Fellsmere Estates Building, Marsh Landing offers a truly unique dining experience.Guests can submerse themselves in traditional Florida cuisine, hospitality and history.  Enjoy generous portions of hand-made local specialties with everything from frog legs, catfish and gator tail, fried green tomatoes and swamp cabbage, to hand-cut Angus steaks, finger-licking good ribs and homemade desserts.  Marsh Landing has become a local favorite and a must-dine experience for anyone passing through.

Story of Marsh Landing

The Fellsmere Estates Buildings was built in 1926 as the land sales office for the Fellsmere Estates Corporation founded by E. Nelson Fell. After the 16 inch floods in 1927 and the Depression in 1929, the Florida land boom crashed, as did the corporation. The building later became the headquarters for the Florida Crystal Sugar Company as sugar was the main commodity grown here through the early 1960’s.

Words from our Guests

This place is a landmark and a place that everyone needs to visit. The food is absolutely amazing, the décor is great to take some time checking out, and it's just a pleasant, southern charm experience. Try the swamp cabbage soup!

Definitely a Florida gem. They have all that you expect on the menu for a Florida restaurant including gator frog legs seafood etc. Good home cooked comfort food. And the best mashed potatoes I've had in a long time.

Wow. I come here all the time because of its authentic ambiance, pleasant service, decent pricing, and good eats. One of these days I’m going to try one of those pickled things they have at all the tables. Old Florida at its best here. If you’ve never been here, put it on your short list.
